Summary: Aurora Washington believes she’s been drug underground by
chance. Someone has dropped a nuke on the United States, effectively destroying
everything and everyone within a
150-mile radius of Ground Zero. What hasn’t been destroyed has been irradiated,
all the way to the coastline. In the midst of the initial chaos, Aurora was
snatched up by someone from the shadows of a convenience store and thrust into
an underground fallout shelter Oasis.
Suddenly, half of the Dwellers drop dead of radiation
poisoning before something can be done to help them.
What will happen to Oasis?
More importantly, what will happen to Aurora?
