(I'll try to make this as spoiler free as possible. If you haven't seen the season 2 mid-season finale yet, I would advise you to stop reading this now.)
I was like the Nintendo 64 Kids when I found out that there would be a second season. I waited that entire year in anticipation, hoping, like everyone else, that the new season would live up to my expextations.
And, like always when I hope that stuff like movies and TV shows live up to those expectations, I become extremely disapointed with the end product. What happened, Robert Kirkman? Season one was awesome. Season two...eh, not so much. Dragging out the whole first half of the season was quite pointless, and you could have put all of that blandness into about 2 or 3 episodes that would have been half decent.
And for shame with the whole Sophia thing. Thank you for getting my hopes up and then crushing my heart into a million pieces. Sophia was my favorite character, and you turned her. I hate you right now. All I can say is, part 2 of this season better include the epicness of Carl shooting Shane in the face, or I'll probably punch a baby (I'm kidding, I'm kidding!).
So, I know that this was just my ramblings of my disappointment with the season so far, but I won't get my hopes up to much when February rolls around.
